 Metal clips hurt my toeZ. Am I supposed to reshape these or should I look at plastic ones again?

Re: Metal clips hurt my toeZ. I took mine off and bent them to make them much taller for my shoes... I've since switched to clipless though and been so happy that I did.

Re: Metal clips hurt my toeZ. I think metal clips just hurt. I've bent mine out a number of times, but they always get bent back in accidentally when you flop a pedal trying to get your foot in.
I'm planning on going back to plastic/ordering those pedals you posted in the Classifieds.
